Beginning Casting Classes

Postby ldr » April 6th, 2010, 6:44 am

Long Beach Casting Club's beginning casting classes kick off tonight, April 6, 2010 at 7:00 pm, with an orientation session. Actual casting instruction begins on April 13 starting at 7:00 pm and continues each of the following 4 Tuesday nights (5 Casting nights total, not including the Orientation) through May 11, 2010.

This is a beginning class, intended more for newbies, and it might not meet the needs of this forum's expert practitioners of the cast...except for Eric ( :D just kidding, buddy). At any rate, if you are new to the game, this is an excellent, virtually free, opportunity. Even if you can't make the orientation, you can still show up for the casting nights.

If you are a beginner and don't take this class you'll never cast as good as Eric. :( If you do take this class, you'll cast better than Eric with your left hand. :o ;)

   On Eric's behalf, there is no need to be a good caster when nymphing, so long as you can lob your rod side to side you can catch fish :!:
