Managed Only a Handful at Local.

Fished a local a few weeks ago and found the water way too sandy. All the good looking holes were plugged up with sandy and had to look at alternative spots for willing fish. Tough day. My buddy got the skunk. I managed to land only five. Lost one and missed another. I had to really work all day for these fish.

Well, one way to look at it is that catching a fish is just the gravy on top of the times spent out in nature and the great outdoors. I haven't caught a fish in months, but I do get out almost every day for long walks in the woods. On the other hand, I wouldn't mind some gravy one of these days.
