Ants I am not sure about that Ants, when I fished SJ with you. You were dropping some pin point casts under brush and...

80 year old fly reel.

I know some medalists hold value, the hard thing for me is that they remind me of my first setup as a kid in the mid 80's which had a used medalist on it. All I thought about once I had a medalist and fenwick fiberglass rod was how I was going to upgrade it. I eventually purchased a Sage and a Marry...

Re: The Big FIVE-OH...

Have a great B-Day party wish I could make up there, sounds like it will be an epic get together. I hope the birthday boy gets a ride in Ants drift boat. I am itching to get back up there to fish.

Re: New Book - Redband Trout Waters

Bought the book and just got it. I'm very pleased. It's everything as advertised and I thought well worth the price. Lots of great info on the area and what to use where and what time of year. Basic maps of the areas including campgrounds. Pics of the types of flies to use and suggestions on rigs. ...

Fishing Redding area June 20-25th

Good luck Greg, I hit the Klammath with Ants and lower Sac all on drift boats in October. I would hit up Ted and make sure to give the McCloud a chance and you are pretty hardcore so I think you would handle the Pit just fine. Just don't be an idiot like me and break a fall with a beautiful Sierra N...
