Re: Happy B-Day Richard Cullip

Thanks everyone. It was a great birthday. Although the weather got in the way on my original plan to take the day off and fish the Kern, I did get out and cast a few flies at stripers in the aqueduct. No hook ups but it was fun slipping out of work for an extended lunch break.

Re: Craig and Lisa's Anniversary

Breakfast with the gang was great and fishing in the rain seemed to hold down the normal Saturday crowds. I ended with 4 four the day, two before breakfast and two afterwards. Thanks for sharing part ...

Re: Wild Fly Productions introduces ON THE FLY: CREEK TECHNIQUE

Looks great. I love the brief little shot of David right at the end.

That's some tight brushy conditions to be fishing in. Are you going to cover some of the casts needs to fish such tight quarters?

Re: Mono Vs. Fluoro

I had an interesting discussion with some of the guys at the High Country Fly shop in Jackson Hole, Wy. They don't stock fluorocarbon leaders or tippets. They had two main reasons 1) they felt you don't need it, mono works just fine (especially when throwing dry flies) and 2) they felt that the manu...
